The running parachute is a parachute that is attached to the runner and after a certain speed is made the parachute provides resistance in which the runner will now run against. This resistance is similar to weight training in how strength and performance is improved. The running parachute comes in 3 sizes and allows progressive resistance. Along with more resistance with larger sizes the faster the runner runs the more resistance is produced by the running parachute.
