How long will it take to get my order?Back to top
 We generally ship orders out within 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment. If an item is back-ordered, you will be informed prior to completing checkout. Most items ship domestically via FEDEX and internationally via FEDEX or USPS. FEDEX tracking information will be emailed to the email address you register with us.
Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and International address' ?Back to top
 Yes, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, although some items, shipping will need to be calculated. Large items may have to be shipped via FEDEX. Small items will ship out via USPS. We will need to have the shipping calculated for address' in these states. The website is configured for the lower 48 states on these larger items. Your shipping fee will be adjusted to international rates when your order is processed.

All orders must have shipping quoted. Click the contact us button at the top of any page on our site for a shipping price quote.
What methods of payment do you accept?Back to top
 At the present time, we accept, checks, money orders, and credit cards. We use software that encrypts all the information you send to us. We keep all the information you send to us private, and we don't sell it. Our security measures continue even after you've placed your order. We start by quickly removing your credit card information from the order documentation. We then process your credit card on a highly secure internal system, inaccessible via the Internet.
What is your return policy?Back to top
 Email for a RMA#, or your package will be refused and returned to sender. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

-If the product is delivered and looks like it was run over by the delivery truck, or like the product could be damaged, point out the damage to the delivery driver/agent. Ask to inspect the package, if after inspection you find the product to be damaged and are not satisfied with the condition of the product due to the damage, refuse it right there and then. Do not sign for the package. Then notify us by email that it is being returned due to damage. Once we receive it back and indeed see the damage, we will reship another identical product out to you asap. (In some cases, once we track the product and see that is being returned to us we can reship your order at that time to save any further delays.)

-If you want to return it because of an error on our end, for example, we shipped the incorrect product. Notify us by email for a RMA#, and we will take care of the problem at our expense. It will not cost you an additional red cent!

-If you want to return an item because, for example, you ordered the incorrect size, color, or just do not want the darn thing anymore, you may do so, but we cannot be responsible for shipping costs to or fro. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to us, and we cannot refund shipping from your initial purchase, as shipping was a service provided. A 15% restocking fee will also be applied to cover the costs associated with processing a returned product.

Do you offer local pickup?Back to top
 Yes, we welcome local pickup at our warehouse facility M-F 9am - 5pm EST.

A paid receipt or an invoice and payment must be present at time of pickup. Our corporate office is not located at our warehouse.

Local sales tax of 7.5% is applicable with all in-state sales (including local pickups) even if you are located outside Florida. Sales tax will not apply with wholesale orders if your tax i.d. is registered with us.
