We generally ship orders out within 1 business day of receiving a cleared payment. If an item is back-ordered, you will be informed prior to completing checkout. Most items ship domestically via FEDEX and internationally via FEDEX or USPS. FEDEX tracking information will be emailed to the email address you register with us.
Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and International address' ? Back to top
Yes, we can ship to Alaska and Hawaii, although some items, shipping will need to be calculated. Large items may have to be shipped via FEDEX. Small items will ship out via USPS. We will need to have the shipping calculated for address' in these states. The website is configured for the lower 48 states on these larger items. Your shipping fee will be adjusted to international rates when your order is processed.
All orders must have shipping quoted. Click the contact us button at the top of any page on our site for a shipping price quote.

At the present time, we accept, checks, money orders, and credit cards. We use software that encrypts all the information you send to us. We keep all the information you send to us private, and we don't sell it. Our security measures continue even after you've placed your order. We start by quickly removing your credit card information from the order documentation. We then process your credit card on a highly secure internal system, inaccessible via the Internet.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of receipt of your item.. Please contact us via email or call us toll free at 888-676-4868 so we can resolve the problem.
All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.--NO EXCEPTIONS. An RMA must be requested, then granted from us, and emailed to the buyer, to initiate a return, exchange, or if you have received a damaged or defective product. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package, as well as a printed copy of the completed RMA form inside of the package. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured. **Unauthorized returns will be refused! **
Cancellations or returns of any kind on already shipped items will incur a 15% restocking fee to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for: return shipping costs, as well as sufficiently packing, insuring, and returning the item in "new" condition. Used products WILL NOT be accepted. ** (Unless otherwise agreed upon) ** we will either, replace the item with an identical item, or issue you a refund for the value of the item, minus the 15% restocking fee. ** Please Note: If the item you purchased had free shipping; the actual shipping cost (as calculated by FedEx or The USPS) will be deducted from your refund.
If necessary, WE shall file a damage claim. The product will be returned to us, and a replacement will be shipped at OUR EXPENSE. If no replacement is available, we will issue a full refund.
Returns on the following items WILL NOT be accepted:

· Clearance Items- (Clearance items are clearly advertised as clearance items" or "as is", so you know before you buy.
ALL returned items are subject to inspection for damage before a refund is issued. Product must be in new usable condition or a restocking fee may apply.
The information you give us is for our secure database and is not given out, sold or bargained for by anyone else. The information is only used for our records, to better serve you.

Do you offer local pickup? Back to top
Yes, we welcome local pickup at our warehouse facility M-F 9am - 5pm EST.
A paid receipt or an invoice and payment must be present at time of pickup. Our corporate office is not located at our warehouse.
Local sales tax of 7.5% is applicable with all in-state sales (including local pickups) even if you are located outside Florida. Sales tax will not apply with wholesale orders if your tax i.d. is registered with us.
